We are pleased to provide instant online quotes for all monthly service plans based on your total lawn square footage. Please note that our monthly plans do not include backyard flower beds or shrubbery. If you would like to include your backyard flower beds and/or bushes, please email or Call/ Text us at 509-551-5592 so we can set up an appointment for a custom quote. 

Basic Service Plan - $60 per visit OR $160 PER MONTH*

The Basic Service Plan is our most popular monthly plan.  It covers your basic lawn care services.  No contract is required and price is per visit.

• Mowing all turf areas

• Line trimming around turf areas

• Edging around turf areas and beds with line trimmer

• Blowing grass clippings from hardscape areas

*Special online prices are based on lawn square footage up to 5,000 sqft and a 32-week service schedule. Backyard shrubs & beds are not included in the special online pricing. If your total lawn is over 5,000 sqft, please email or call us for custom price. *Per month price is based off of a 12 month payment agreement and is billed monthly.

Full Service Plan - Starting at $76.25 per visit or $200 PER MONTH*

Need more than just the basics?  Then our Full Service Plan is the way to go.  It covers your basic lawn care services, plus a lot more to make your yard stand out.  No contract is required and price is per visit.

Plus Service Plan - Starting at $220 PER MONTH

Interested in our next level plan?  The Plus Service Plan includes our Full Service Plan and Fertilization plus your sprinkler start up and blowout. Ensuring your sprinklers have proper coverage for the upcoming season. That backed with Aeration should make your yard stand out amongst the rest.  The price listed above is billed monthly and requires a 1 year contract.

We offer a 5-step fertilization program to keep your lawn looking its best all season long:

• Step 1: Granular blend of fertilizer to promote color, pre-emergent crabgrass control, broadleaf weed control applied to entire lawn.

• Step 2: Granular blend of fertilizer to promote color, broadleaf weed control: Liquid application sprayed on weeds as needed.

• Step 3: Granular blend of fertilizer to promote color, broadleaf weed control: Liquid application sprayed on weeds as needed.

• Step 4: Granular blend of fertilizer to promote color, broadleaf weed control: Liquid application sprayed on weeds as needed.

• Step 5: Granular blend of fertilizer to keep your lawn healthy for the winter, Broadleaf weed control liquid application sprayed on entire lawn.
